Salty Fit pool courses run for 4 weeks each month. Each session is a progression from the last, so we strongly recommend you attend every session to ensure you do not miss out

Ultimate Beginner and Build Your Style are both 4 week courses – $190
Why not do two sessions a week for $297?

*Please note Ultimate Beginner is not currently running, however the BYS course on Monday evenings is conducted at the shallow end of the 50m pool which may support your learning of freestyle. For further consultation and support please contact us HERE.

Ocean Swimming Confidence Course

3-week ocean swimming confidence course covering the basics of swimming in the open water, safely and with confidence. Learn more here.

Monthly (unlimited swim sessions) – $150

The monthly membership gives swimmers access to unlimited Face The Waves and Advance Your Style sessions and Lap Time sessions. Choose this option and become a committed swimmer today! Get stronger and improve your overall fitness.

This is an automatic monthly payment which gives you access to all swim sessions during the week. No fees to sign up and cancel at any time prior to next payment.

Individual Private session Pool/Ocean: $150

4 WEEK PERSONALISED SWIM PROGRAM

With this 4 week personalised program tailored specifically for you swimming needs and goals you get:

• Personalised program for your swim type
• 1 x ONE ON ONE private session each week during your program (maximum 4 private sessions per 4 week program)
• Access to ADVANCE YOUR STYLE sessions for the duration of your 4 week program. You can also include any of the FACE THE WAVES swim sessions if your current swim ability can cope with open water swimming.
