Things are heating up down at the pool lately, the mornings are getting brighter and the water is warming up too! Our Friday surf swims are back (we cracked some beauties this morning!!! & our first month of swim courses are also underway!

In case you haven’t joined us to learn to swim as an adult or improve your stroke yet – here’s a little bit of info about our courses and what to expect from them:

Ultimate Beginner (AKA Adult learn to swim) – next course starts 4 Nov!
Saturdays 11:15am – 12:15pm over 4 weeks you will master the fundamentals of learning to breathe, the notion of swimming freestyle and floating in the water all practiced in shallow water you can stand in! Become relaxed and confident in an aquatic environment and learn how adult’s NEED to learn – everyone’s swimming journey starts somewhere! So it’s NEVER too late to take the plunge (pardon the pun!)

Build Your Style – (AKA stroke correction from scratch!) – next course starts on 1 and 4 November! Saturdays 11:30am – 12:30pm. If you suck at swimming freestyle/ can’t do it at all/ or need a complete revamp – this course is great for swimmers of any level that want to have a more effective swimming style. By the end of this course you will be swimming laps with ease, breathing much more efficiently and wondering why you didn’t do our course sooner.

DITCH THE GYM 

What better way to get fit for summer and the upcoming ocean swim season than out in nature, at the world famous Bondi Icebergs. If you are looking to change up your exercise regime and are over the smelly, busy gyms, why not try our 4 Week Personalised Program?

The Program includes;

  • 1 x PRIVATE LESSON per week
  • UNLIMITED SWIMMING (LAP TIME & FACE THE WAVES) to utilise the skills learnt in your private lessons within a group environment*
  • WRITTEN PROGRAM to practice the skills and drills learnt during your private lesson in your own time. *For the safety and enjoyment of our FACE THE WAVES session, a minimum of 1km continuous freestyle or more is required.
