Epic forecast for our Good Friday Adventure Swim at Soldiers Beach with 2 ability based groups being guided by Coaches @swanseaspot @ Joanna @saltyfitswimmers on SUP boards! The session goes for 90 minutes with breaks & we will have shorter/ longer options in each group based on your speed.
Our 1km non-stop freestyle minimum safety standard applies. Please book early so we know you are coming. We meet from 7:15am for 7:30am SHARP start on the ramp above Soldiers Beach next to Soldiers Beach Surf Life Saving Club which is located at the lower car park of Soldiers Point of Norah Head.

Saturday's forecast for this coming Sat is for 2-3ft swell which should give ample opportunities to face some waves, feel the movement of the water in the ocean and get a general feel of some choppy ocean swimming practice. This session is geared as a stepping stone to joining our regular Face the Waves sessions on Monday's & Fridays 6am-7am and Saturdays 7am-8am. ** Warning! Our Face the Waves sessions are designed to get you ocean swimming fit as well as more competent and confident in the open water. So, join our Intro Face the Waves session with a view to getting you fit and have fun whilst swimming with likeminded people.
