Boost your freestyle and improve your swim fitness.
This session incorporates 30 minutes of stroke correction and drill work and 30 minutes of squad training.
Stroke correction will refresh your stroke – perfect for injury prevention and becoming faster and stronger in the water. Continue to build your freestyle stroke whilst easing yourself into a squad session and improving your fitness and endurance.

Advance Your Style sessions run on Saturdays 12:00-1:00pm at Cook and Phillip Park Pool.
*Monday evenings sessions only run during Daylight Savings.
A casual drop in price for Advance Your Style is $25 or purchase a five-session multipass for $110 ($22 per session). Or commence a monthly membership and join our Lap Time and Face The Waves sessions too for $130 a month for unlimited swimming.
