What an epic achievement for our Salty Fit swimmers completing the Bondi to Watsons Bay South Head Roughwater Swim! 👏 🙌 3 x Salty Fit teams conquered 11km of deep ocean water along the spectacular cliff lines of Bondi all the way to South Head and into Sydney Harbour to finish at Watsons Bay!! 🤩

Let us help you improve your freestyle stroke to boost swimming distance and endurance. We’re excited to add a new Monday evening session 6:30-7:30pm as well as our popular Saturdays 1:00-2:00pm at Cook and Phillip Pool, Sydney. ⁠
