Salty Fit have a no refund and no make-up policy:
• No refund, credit or make up will be offered if it rains (lesson/course will be conducted)
• No refund, credit or make up will be offered if you miss or cancel your lesson/course due to illness, injury or any other scenario.
Clients will obtain a credit when:
• the Instructor cancels the activity due to unsuitable or dangerous conditions
• The client gives at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of a private lesson (at least 72 hours if your lesson is on a Monday as our office is closed on the weekend)
Multipass/Package
• No refund is offered once the Multipass/Package have been purchased however these are transferable to other people.
• Please note of the validity dates and the location it can be redeemed.
Pool Entry is separate
Pool entry is not included in the price of any swim sessions/lessons/courses.
Gift Vouchers
Must be used by the use by date unless other arrangements have been made. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been purchased however gift vouchers are transferable to other people.
