Salty Fit Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. SALTY FIT Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for any swimming lesson offered at the time of booking.
  2.  SALTY FIT Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of AUD $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 and $300.
  3. SALTY FIT Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years as specified bylaw from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within that period.
  4. The expiry date will not be extended in any circumstance. Any unused credit on a SALTY FIT Gift Voucher will expire on the expiry date and can not be redeemed after the expiry date.
  5. SALTY FIT Gift Vouchers are not refundable.
  6. SALTY FIT Gift Vouchers are partially redeemable. If the cost of the swimming lesson exceeds the redeemable value of a SALTY FIT Gift Voucher, the voucher holder is required to pay the difference between the purchase price of the lesson and the value of the particular SALTY FIT Gift voucher.
  7. If the purchase price of a swimming lesson is less than the value of a SALTY FIT Gift Voucher used for redemption, the residual value of the Gift Voucher will be held as credit on the particular voucher. The remaining credit will automatically be applied on the next booking purchase without needing to input the voucher code again. The credit will expire on the original expiry date of the SALTY FIT Gift Voucher.
  8. SALTY FIT Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged.
  9. SALTY FIT may cancel a Gift Voucher, refuse redemption or cancel sessions redeemed using a Gift Voucher if it suspects that a Gift Voucher is being used fraudulently, in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or it has reason to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
  10. Your SALTY FIT Gift Voucher is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in accordance with your legal rights. You cannot cancel your Gift Voucher.
  11. You cannot exchange your SALTY FIT Gift Voucher for a different denomination, nor can you consolidate the unused value of two or more Gift Vouchers on a new SALTY FIT Gift Voucher.
  12. Upon expiry of the SALTY FIT Gift Voucher any unused value remaining on the voucher is forfeited.
  13. In the event a SALTY FIT Gift Voucher is lost or stolen and is redeemed someone else, SALTY FIT will not be responsible for replacing or reimbursing the original purchaser or intended recipient. If you lose your Gift Voucher please contact SALTY FIT immediately to arrange a block on the Gift Voucher code and be reissued with a new voucher with the same value and expiry date as the original.
