Salty Fit Online Shop is provided for your personal use only. By using the website and purchasing a product, you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

You are bound by these Terms and Conditions and as such you must read them before placing your order.

Please read them carefully.

1. GOODS
All products and prices noted on the SALTY FIT Online Shop are ensured to be correct and up to date. If in any case, there are any discrepancies or errors, we will notify you immediately via email.

2. ORDER PROCESS
Start of contract of sale begins after you have placed an order on your shopping cart and have completed checkout.
If you are a new customer, we advise you to create an Online Shop Account with us to make your transactions streamline and easy. However, you can also make a purchase without registering an account with us.

If you are a returning customer, you can log-in using your username and password for the Online Shop and proceed with your purchase.

Once you place an order and proceed to Checkout, you will be brought to the Summary Sale Page where you can view all your items and the total cost. After reviewing, you can now proceed to your preferred payment option and enter your personal details.

Upon completion of your payment, we will send you an order confirmation of your purchase.

3. PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the SALTY FIT Online Shop are subject to changes. Prices are verified as up to date and accurate at the point of purchase. However, if there are any discrepancies or errors in the quoted prices, we will notify you immediately and you will have the right to cancel your purchase and be issued with a refund.

Payments must be made upon submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the amount owed is not received by you in the form of cleared funds.

All prices on the Online Shop are inclusive of GST.

Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card.

4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. It will state the products ordered, total costs, payment and invoice detail or receipt. If for any reason, you cannot complete a purchase, please contact us immediately.

5. DELIVERY POLICY
All products can be arranged to be picked up at the session you are attending. Items selected for postage will attract the applicable postage fee. Please note we require approximately 5 business days to process your purchase. If in any case, your items are not ready for pick-up by the requested date of a session, we will notify you by email.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are acceptable only in the case where a product has not been opened from its original packaging, or in the case of wetsuits they must not be worn or used. Swimming costume orders are non returnable as they are manufactured as per individual orders. There is a NO REFUND policy once your purchase is complete.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
SALTY FIT is not liable for any failure to deliver your goods caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

8. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
SALTY FIT is not liable for any faults for any products on the SALTY FIT Online Shop, however we will direct warranty returns to the appropriate manufacturers for processing.
